Intern Committees & Roles
FCAP runs on its committees. Every committee page follows the same layout, so you always know where to look.
How these pages work
Each committee page is organized the same way:
- Position overview — what the role is, plus compensation, key responsibilities, and minimum requirements.
- Who currently holds the position.
- A live task board with five lists — assigned tasks, routine to-dos, annual key days, tasks pending leadership approval, and document links — pulled straight from the committee’s tab in the Intern Intranet Working Document (Google Sheet).
- Terms of agreement with signature lines.
🟢 The boards are live — everyone sees the same list, updated whenever the Google Sheet is edited. Items marked Archive stay in the Sheet but are hidden here.
Committees
Suggest a changeIntern Leads
Primary liaison between interns and supervisors — staff-meeting agendas and notes, recruiting event volunteers, overseeing committees, supporting onboarding, and monitoring raise eligibility. ($250–300 monthly stipend.)
Class TAs
Support the KINE 3617 pre-req course. Part I — liaison to current students and schedulers, Canvas upkeep. Part II — TAs lead discussions and build the weekly skills list for Interns in Training.

Plan and run the annual Good Deed Jon Fried Pickleball Tournament, brainstorm new fundraising ideas, and train the gap-year intern who will run it next year.
Alumni Committee
Keep past and present interns connected — maintain the contact sheet, organize the annual reunion and bigs/littles, and send the January year-in-review email.
Merch Committee
Design FCAP apparel with vendors, run a permanent online storefront, and coordinate Pickleball Tournament shirts with the Fundraising Committee.
